We offer free access to our discord server , this will grant you access to a community of like minded individuals and some of our data channels. Understand you will get access to additional channels and training if you become an OG Member or paid member.
As a member role, your username will show up in gray. Here is a look at what you will see
We won't attempt to give Discord usage as they have a full support documentation here, however there are some key features and things to know
You can access Discord via browser or dedicated Desktop application as well as Android or iOS applications
Once logged in, top right is a really good search bar , you can search bank names or usernames and find all their posts. This will help you from duplicating questions that has already been provided
If you notice all the channels are missing or the list of all users on the right sidebar disappears, you probably need to restart the app. This is more common lately and a few ways to do it.
On Mobile: Try to hard restart the app, if that doesn't work delete app and redownload. Logging out and back in, doesn't seem to do it for some reason
On desktop app: This one is usually simple, log out and log back in and it should refresh
On browser: Same, log out and log back in, clear cache or try another browser.
The push pin icon is pinned messages, those are different for each channel, and every channel has some pinned messages so take some time to go through those, will be a huge time saver.
